Delivery time
The order will be delivered within 1-3 working days by DPD or DHL. International shipments can take 3-5 business days. As soon as we have sent the order, you will receive a confirmation from us by e-mail. This contains the DPD or DHL track & trace code.  

Postage costs
If you order for a total amount of €40 or more, the shipping costs to you in the Netherlands and Belgium are free. For Germany and Luxembourg, shipping is free for orders over €50. Europe €150 or more free and worldwide €200 or more free.

We use the following costs:

- Delivery via DHL or DPD Netherlands:€3.95 per order under €40.
- Delivery via DHL or DPD Belgium:€4.95 per order under €40.
- Delivery via DHL or DPD Germany & Luxembourg:€6.00 per order under €50.
- Delivery via DHL or DPD Europe:€15 per order under €150.
- Other countries:€25 per order under €200.

A shipment outside Europe is also possible. These packages are shipped with DHL Express. As soon as you enter the foreign address in the payment screen, the rate for the relevant country is automatically calculated.


Canceled articles
We constantly monitor our online range with the utmost care. We depend on several factors for the delivery of your order. In exceptional cases, during the processing of the order, it may appear that the ordered product is no longer in stock or does not meet the quality requirements set by us. In this case, the purchase amount of the item (including shipping costs) will be credited.

Unused products can be returned within 30 days of receipt without prior notice.

We ask you to fill in the return form that comes with your order. If reasonably possible, stick the return label on the original packaging or use the QR code. Seal the packaging tightly and hand in your package at a DHL or DPD Service Point in your area. NOTE:check at your DHL whether DPD Service point location is open.

If you want to return several items (possibly from different orders), you can do so in one package. Important:All return forms must be included. Without these forms, the returns cannot be processed correctly.

The original labels should, if reasonably possible, be attached to the product. We only take back unworn products. Trying on clothes is not considered customary. Be careful with make-up, sharp objects, etc. You are liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from the use of the products that goes beyond what is necessary for the nature, characteristics and operation of the products to establish.

Returning a (part of an) order

The costs are free. Of course, the order can also be returned via another carrier, but then the extra costs are for you.

Return costs

By charging return costs, we want to stimulate more awareness about returning products. Making conscious choices for a product or size contributes to a sustainable living environment. In the event of the return of one or more products, the return costs will be borne by the buyer, out of respect for the environment. In this way we want to create awareness for the delivery routes that a package travels and thus limit the number of returns to a minimum.

We use the following return costs:

- Returns via DHL or DPD Netherlands:€0.00 per order.
- Returns via DHL or DPD Belgium:€0.00 per order.
- Returns via DHL or DPD Germany:€0.00 per order.
- Returns via DHL or DPD Europe:€14.95 per order.
- Other countries:€25 per order.

A shipment outside Europe is also possible. These packages are shipped with Fedex Express.
As soon as you enter the foreign address in the payment screen, the rate for the relevant country is automatically calculated.

Note:
We do not charge shipping costs for orders from €40.00 (NL/BE) or €50.00 (DE/LU). When the returned items of this order are under €40,– (NL/BE) or €50,– (DE/LU) we will charge you the shipping costs.

• WARRANTY & COMPLAINTS

Guarantee
We care about our products and do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order breaks during transport or that something else happens that entitles you to a warranty claim. Under European law, we are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within a period of two years after delivery of the goods. You may have additional rights under Dutch law.


If you discover or should discover a defect in the product, you must contact us within a reasonable time. A reasonable period is in any case two months. Under certain circumstances, a period of more than two months may also be acceptable.
If you contact us in time, we will arrange for a free repair or replacement.

• RETURNS

Exchange product?
Do you want to exchange your product? That's no problem at all. You can contact info@smashed-lemon.com for this. However, you bear the costs for returning the product yourself.

I have provided the wrong delivery address!
Accidentally entered the wrong delivery address? Then contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.
