Delivery time
The order will be delivered within 1-3 working days by DPD or DHL. With an international shipment it can take 3-5 working days. As soon as we have sent the order, you will receive a confirmation from us by e-mail. This contains the DPD or DHL track & trace code. 

Postage costs
If you order for a total amount of €50 or more, the shipping costs to you in the BENELUX and Germany are free. Europe €150 or more free and worldwide €200 or more free.

We use the following costs:

- Delivery via DHL or DPD Netherlands: €6 per order.
- Delivery via DHL or DPD Belgium: €6 per order.
- Delivery via DHL or DPD Germany: €6 per order.
- Delivery via DHL or DPD Europe: €15 per order.
- Other countries: €25 per order.

A shipment outside Europe is also possible. These packages are shipped with DHL Express. As soon as you enter the foreign address in the payment screen, the rate for the relevant country is automatically calculated.

Canceled articles
We continuously monitor our online range with the greatest possible care. We depend on several factors for the delivery of your order. In exceptional cases, it may become apparent during the processing of the order that the ordered product is no longer in stock or does not meet the quality requirements set by us. In this case, the purchase amount of the item (including shipping costs) will be credited.

Unused products can be returned within 14 days of receipt without prior notice.

We request that you fill in the return form that is included with your order. Stick the return label on the original packaging, if reasonably possible, or use the QR code. Seal the packaging well and hand in your package at a DHL or DPD Service Point in your area. PLEASE NOTE: check at your DHL whether DPD Service Point location is open.

If you want to return multiple items (from possibly different orders), you can do this in one package. Important: all return forms must be sent along. Without these forms, returns cannot be processed correctly.

The original labels should, if reasonably possible, be attached to the product. We only take back unworn products. Trying on clothes is not seen as use. Be careful with make-up, sharp objects, etc. You are liable for the depreciation of the products that is the result of the use of the products that goes beyond what is necessary to the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products to establish.

Returning a (part of an) order

The costs are €3.95 if you use the delivery company DHL. Of course, the order can also be returned via another carrier, but then the extra costs are for you.

Return costs

By charging return costs, we want to stimulate more awareness about returning products. Making conscious choices for a product or size contributes to a sustainable living environment. In case of return of one or more products, the return costs will be borne by the buyer, out of respect for the environment. In this way we want to create awareness for the delivery routes that a package follows and thus limit the number of returns to a minimum.

We use the following return costs:

- Returns via DHL or DPD Netherlands: €3.95 per order.
- Returns via DHL or DPD Belgium: €4.95 per order.
- Returns via DHL or DPD Germany: €5.95 per order.
- Returns via DHL or DPD Europe: €14.95 per order.
- Other countries: €25 per order.

Note:
We do not charge shipping costs for orders from €50. If the returned items of this order are below €50, we will charge you the shipping costs of €5.95.

Guarantee
We care about our products and do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order is broken during transport or that something else happens that allows you to make a claim under warranty. Under European law, we are liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within a period of two years after delivery of the goods. You may have additional rights under Dutch law.


If you discover or should discover a defect in the product, you must contact us within a reasonable time. A reasonable term is in any case two months. Under certain circumstances, a term of more than two months may also be acceptable.
If you contact us in time, we will provide a free repair or replacement.

Exchange product?
Do you want to exchange your product? That's no problem at all. You can contact info@smashed-lemon.com for this. You do, however, bear the costs for returning the product.
